cost of the new tree will be based on the suggested retail price in
effect at the time of the claim.
Tree Specific warranties: Pre-Lit
Trees:
National
Tree Company warrants the light sets on its pre-lit trees against
manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2)
years. Culpability of company is limited to relacement of
defective light set only.
Fiber
Optic Trees:
National
Tree Company warrants fiber optic trees against manufacturer-only
defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days.
SURELIT
& Polyethylene (PE) Trees:
National
Tree Company warrants SURELIT and PE trees against
manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanshipfor a period of two (2) years.
Keep away from heat and moisture. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or normal wear. In these cases, parts can be purchased at a reasonable fee plus shipping charges. Complete the information below within thirty (30) days of purchase (or according to local laws). |
